These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Phone-verif.com website, applications, and related services ("Services"), operated by Erwann Robin ("we," "our," "us"). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services immediately.

  • Phone-verif.com provides secure phone number verification solutions through QR codes, deep links, and related technologies.
  • We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature without prior notice.
  • You are responsible for your own integration and compliance with applicable laws when using our Services.

3. Account Registration & Security

  • You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Any activity performed under your account is your responsibility.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for spam, harassment, phishing, or fraudulent activities.
  • Breach applicable data protection laws.
  • Reverse-engineer, copy, or resell our technology without written permission.

5. Payment Terms

Pricing:Subscription fees and pay-as-you-go rates are listed on our Pricing page and may be updated with prior notice.
Billing:Payments are processed via Stripe in advance.
Refunds:Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable once processed.
Taxes:You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or levies.

Data Sharing:Phone-verif.com does not send messages; we only generate verification links for you to use.
User Rights:You can request data access, correction, deletion, or portability by contacting dpo@phone-verif.com.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in Phone-verif.com, including software, design, and trademarks, remain our exclusive property. You may not use our branding without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding month.

9. Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate your access without notice if you breach these Terms or applicable law.
  • Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.

10. Legal Jurisdiction & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Paris, France.

11. Dispute Resolution

Parties agree to attempt informal resolution before filing legal action. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration in Paris, France unless otherwise required by law.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
